Your role involves removing obstacles to students' participation in teaching and a functioning school day. In this way, assessment and mapping are important components for understanding how different social situations can be planned for the best possible outcomes. The student group typically has previous negative school experiences, which must be an important starting point for this work. The work involves direct work with students, both individually and in groups. You work closely with guardians and network with other actors such as social services.\n\nWe are looking for someone who wants to be part of developing the pedagogical work around our students as part of a team. Based on the curriculum's central content, you will together create a meaningful, creative, and inspiring school environment.
