You work closely with school leadership, school counselor, special education teacher, and other professionals within student health. The role involves independent responsibility, but also close collaboration with colleagues and school leadership.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nIn your role as a school nurse, you will, among other things:\n\n\u2022 Conduct health conversations, health examinations, and standard medical interventions within the student health mandate for grades 6\u20139.\n\u2022 Plan and carry out vaccinations according to the national children's vaccination program and monitor vaccination status.\n\u2022 Identify students in need of support, make medical assessments, and if necessary refer or recommend further care.\n\u2022 Organize and coordinate school doctor services.\n\u2022 Document in the school's digital record system, Prorenata.\n\u2022 Contribute medical expertise to the student health team's joint work.\n\u2022 Collaborate with students, guardians, school staff, healthcare, and other external stakeholders.\n\u2022 Participate in the school's preventive and health-promoting work.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\u2022 You are a licensed nurse with specialist training as a district nurse or specialist training in healthcare for children and young people.
