Our produce is grown primarily for chefs and our veggie-bag members in Malm\u00f6, Lund and H\u00f6\u00f6r.\nThe farm also serves as an educational platform for Market Gardening in the Nordics.\nEach season, we welcome 10\u201315 interns from around the world who join us for an immersive training in human-scale regenerative agriculture.\nThe role\nAs Market Garden Production Manager, you will be responsible for turning the seasonal crop plan into an efficient day-to-day operation, taking charge of all aspects of our production from seed to harvest.\nYou will:\nPlan weekly and daily production priorities.\nLead, organize and work alongside our interns.\nStay on top of sowing, planting, cultivation, irrigation and harvest.\nMaintain high standards of quality and efficiency.\nIdentify bottlenecks and improve workflows.\nKeep essential production and harvest records.\nEnsure tools, irrigation systems, machinery and infrastructure are functioning properly.\nHow you work matters\nWe are looking for someone who:\nIs physically fit and enjoys working outside in all weather conditions.\nWorks efficiently and with purpose.\nIs highly organized and strong at prioritizing.\nSees both the immediate task and the bigger production picture.\nTakes initiative and solves problems independently.\nCommunicates clearly and leads by example.\nIs self-motivated and also motivates others.\nCreates structure, energy and a strong working pace within the team.\nEnjoys teaching and helping others develop their skills.\nGenuinely enjoys the intensity and variation of market gardening.\nExperience\nYou should have:\nAt least 1\u20132 full seasons of commercial vegetable-growing experience.\nExperience with small-scale diversified vegetable production or Market Gardening.\nKnowledge of soil health, crop management and protection against pests & diseases.\nExperience leading, supervising or organizing others.\nGood communication skills in English.\nA valid driver's license.\nThe legal right to work and live in Sweden.\nRelevant horticultural or agricultural education is an advantage, but not required.
