You lead a team of 20-25 employees who work on our various customer projects, and your primary goal is to give your employees the opportunity to discover and develop their competence so that they can eventually leave Samhall for another employer.\nIn your daily work, you also have extensive contact with your customers and ensure that everything functions as it should. Through strong relationships, you also develop the business and identify opportunities for more jobs for Samhall's employees.\nCreating conditions for our employees' development and ensuring our customers are satisfied is the core of our mission as a company. Therefore, all efforts are directed toward creating the platform for you as an Area Manager.\nIn Malung, there are two Area Managers who together are responsible for operations in the area. We also have assignments in places like Vansbro and S\u00e4len. Therefore, you need to have a driver's license and be prepared for daily travel in the area.\nWhat Do We Offer You?\nHere you will develop as a leader regardless of previous experience and will also build specific knowledge in several areas, including leading people with disabilities.\nYou become part of a large company with 24,000 employees and are surrounded by over 800 colleagues throughout the country in the same role as you. You are part of a larger district, but your closest colleagues are in Leksand and Mora, and you all report to Operations Manager Eric. You also collaborate with various support functions locally and centrally. Samhall is undergoing important and exciting development where you as an Area Manager play a significant role and your perspectives are valued.\nWhat Do You Bring to the Role?\nAs an Area Manager, you are operational, present, and able to make decisions with high integrity. Having experience from and enjoying working in an operation characterized by a fast pace and with people at the center is a requirement. We also know that you are comfortable in a leadership role and have good knowledge of the tasks involved in a management position.\nTo succeed in the role, you need to have:\n\nLeadership experience with operational, personnel, and results responsibility\n\n\nExperience with customer relations with good results\n\n\nExperience with operational management within cleaning or facility maintenance is a merit\n\n\nPreviously worked with administration, documentation, and good system proficiency\n\n\nHigh school diploma\n\n\nFluent Swedish in both speech and writing\n\n\nClass B driver's license\n\n\nBeyond solid knowledge, it is our values that make our leaders thrive and perform well over time.
