You lead a team of 25-30 employees who work on various customer assignments, and your primary goal is to give your employees the opportunity to discover and develop their skills so they can eventually leave Samhall for another employer.\nIn your daily work, you also have extensive contact with your customers and ensure that everything functions as it should. That you have experience from and thrive in an operation characterized by high pace and with people at the center is a requirement.
