Our area coordinator is now on parental leave and we are therefore looking for a replacement during that period.\nThe position is located at the district's citizen service office and aims to increase the social services' presence and accessibility at an early stage. You lead and hold together the work in a team consisting of two area social workers and have overall responsibility for driving the group's work forward.\nYou are an initiative-taking and structuring force that contributes to direction, development and progress in the work. The role combines operational and strategic responsibility \u2013 you work close to the operations while planning, following up and developing working methods that promote accessibility, early interventions and preventive support.\nAs an area coordinator, you become a key person in the district's transformation work towards future social services and have an important role in realizing the intentions of the new Social Services Act. This includes working proactively and relationship-building to reach residents at an early stage and facilitate access to support.
