Through your presence in daily activities, you contribute to developing working methods, strengthening colleagues in their assignments, and ensuring that support is based on each individual's needs, resources, and goals.\nYou will, among other things:\nDrive and develop the recovery-oriented approach together with the section manager and work team\nMentor and support colleagues in pedagogical methods and approaches\nContribute to implementing individual action plans in daily work\nWork practically in the operations and develop solutions that strengthen users' independence and quality of life\nContribute to a safe, structured, and stimulating environment where users have the opportunity to develop according to their abilities\nContribute to the organization's quality and development work\n\nThe position includes both pedagogical development work and operations-related work.
