You are responsible for ensuring that users get the support and service they need in their daily work and you handle troubleshooting, incident management, installations, and maintenance of computers, mobile phones, printers, and other IT equipment.\nThe role involves daily contact with users, customer representatives, and colleagues at Onitio.
