You meet users in their daily work and help them with technical problems, equipment installation, and guidance on our IT services.\n\nExamples of work duties:\n\n\u2022 Provide on-site technical support to users.\n\u2022 Install and configure computers, mobile phones, and other IT equipment.\n\u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software-related issues.\n\u2022 Handle cases in our service desk system.\n\u2022 Contribute to developing and improving our IT services.\n\u2022 Collaborate with colleagues in operations, support, and infrastructure.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nRequirements\n\n\u2022 Have experience working as an IT technician or\n\u2022 Have upper secondary or post-secondary education in IT.\n\u2022 Have good technical understanding of Windows, computers, networks, and peripherals.\n\u2022 Have good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing.\n\u2022 Have a B driver's license.\n\nMerits\n\n\u2022 Experience with Microsoft 365.\n\u2022 Experience with Intune or other client management.\n\u2022 Experience with support work in public operations.\n\u2022 Knowledge of mobile telephony and mobile devices.\n\u2022 Experience working in a service desk or case management system.\n\u2022 Experience with printers and print services (for example, Papercut).\n\nWho are you?\nWe place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
