You will become part of the local IT support team and work closely with users in their daily operations. The assignment begins as a consultant through Mero with the aim that after six months you will transition to permanent employment with our client. More information about the business will be provided later in the process.\nAbout the Role\nAs an Onsite Technician, you will work on-site at the client's location and meet users in their daily IT environment. Initial inquiries are handled by a central service desk, and when a case requires further troubleshooting or on-site assistance, you take over. You will move between different business locations and help users with both basic support and more complex IT issues. Your work may include:\n\nTroubleshooting computers, peripherals and basic network problems\n\n\nInstallation and configuration of workstations, phones and tablets\n\n\nSupport in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments and ticket management in ServiceNow\n\n\nInstallation, relocation and replacement of IT equipment at business locations\n\n\nAbout You\nWe are looking for someone with a solid foundation in IT who enjoys a user-facing support role. For example, you may have an IT-focused upper secondary education and experience from service desk, 1st line or other IT support. You don't need several years of experience \u2013 what matters more is that you are technically curious, solution-focused and capable of troubleshooting independently and driving cases forward. We believe that through work or education you have come into contact with several of the following areas:\n\nWindows and Microsoft 365\n\n\nHardware and peripherals\n\n\nBasic networking\n\n\nServiceNow or other ticket management systems\n\n\nAs a person, you are service-minded, responsible and confident in user interactions.
