Here you'll have a central role close to operations, with the opportunity to influence working methods, solve complex problems, and create improvements that have lasting impact.\n\nYour Responsibilities\n\nAs an Operational Excellence Engineer, you will become the production specialist in continuous improvement and structured problem-solving. You will work closely with the production manager, production supervisors, production technicians, and maintenance to strengthen the operation's ability to deliver with high safety, quality, productivity, delivery performance, and operational reliability.\n\nYou will analyze production data and identify losses, variations, bottlenecks, and recurring disruptions. Based on facts, you will prioritize and drive improvements in areas such as cycle times, changeover times, capacity utilization, OTD, quality, scrap, and rework. You will lead cross-functional analyses and workshops from clear problem formulation and verified root cause to permanent solution and tracked results.\n\nIn your work, you will use Lean and Six Sigma as well as other relevant methods. You will analyze, propose, and implement improvements in close collaboration with production, maintenance, and quality, as well as with other departments in the value stream.\n\nAn important part of the role is to support and coach production supervisors and production technicians in analysis, improvement work, and standardized working methods.
