With solid operational knowledge and the confidence to act in a senior capacity, you understand what it takes to support production in practice \u2013 not only from a strategic perspective. Experience from global or industrial environments helps you navigate complexity and deliver results.\nYour background includes:\nExperience working with operational development or transformation\nUnderstanding of process and continuous improvement methods\nSolid knowledge of production environments and the ability to provide hands-on support close to operations\nStrong stakeholder collaboration skills\nFluency in English\nA relevant academic background or equivalent experience\n\nDriven by curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset, you enjoy turning challenges into opportunities.
