You will handle orders to suppliers and place purchases for articles as needed. The role involves a working approach that is both tactical and operational, with a focus on accuracy and structure. You work to ensure goods reach us on time and in the correct quantities. This also includes follow-up and updates from suppliers as well as minimizing inventory losses.\nYour responsibilities:\nBuild relationships and maintain daily contact with suppliers and the warehouse. Address any discrepancies in follow-up, order placement, and transport booking\nDaily delivery monitoring\nInitiate and adjust purchase orders according to purchase requests and standard procedures\nHandle and approve invoices and follow up on deliveries\nTrack material deliveries to ensure availability and proactively manage any material shortages\nWork closely with the product manager on improvements with suppliers and assortment\nProactively manage seasonal products and campaigns\nUpdate business systems following changes and adjustments in the warehouse.
