You will be part of a team with four other Operations Managers at the institution. As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for institution-wide coordination and work leadership of ongoing operations outside office hours\u2014evenings, weekends, and nights\u2014with the aim of promoting a safe care and work environment. You guide and support your colleagues in their work and ensure that work is conducted in compliance with legal requirements and in accordance with applicable guidelines, methods, and established goals. In concrete terms, this includes responsibility for incident management during alarm situations and taking necessary measures after an incident occurs. You communicate identified shortcomings and deviations from procedures to relevant managers. You prepare and update security assessments and make decisions regarding coercive measures according to LVU, LSU, and LVM in accordance with SiS work and delegation procedures.\n\nQualifications:\nTo thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you are a stable person who remains calm even in stressful situations. You have the will and ability to act based on current decisions, guidelines, and policies. You have a holistic perspective and act in the best interest of the organization.
