You work operatively with orders and picking yourself while taking on the additional responsibility of coordinating the work and creating structure for the team throughout the workday.\nYou need to be able to lift your gaze from individual tasks and see the bigger picture: What needs to be prioritized? Is everyone on task? Which orders and rounds need to be prepared? Is there anyone who needs support or further instructions?
