You are responsible for ensuring an efficient and well-functioning operation by supporting the organization in daily work, creating structure and driving continuous improvement.\nYou have overall responsibility and work close to the organization to create the right conditions for stable and efficient production. Through active leadership, you support daily operations, ensure good collaboration between different functions and contribute to developing an organization characterized by engagement, structure and accountability.\nAn important part of the role is to continue developing the company's processes, routines and working methods. You drive improvement initiatives in production, work environment, environmental work and property-related matters.\nYou are also responsible for the overall management of the business with a focus on budget, results, cost monitoring and resource efficiency.
