We are now looking for an Operator with Team Lead Responsibility for our pilot production facility in Bromma, Stockholm.\nAbout the Role\nIn this role, you are responsible for the daily operation of our pilot production, working alongside two operators. You plan the day's work, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and work hands-on as an operator in production together with the rest of the team.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan and coordinate the team's daily work\nWork as an operator in production\nEnsure safety, quality, and traceability in all production steps\nPrepare, operate, and maintain equipment according to procedures\nTake responsibility for accurate and thorough documentation of production and various batches\nHandle all materials correctly, preventing contamination or mixing\nSafety is the highest priority in this role; you are expected to follow established safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe working environment for the entire team\nSupport installation of new equipment as needed\nPerform basic inspections and simple maintenance of equipment and machinery\nTrain and support new operators\n\nWho Are You?\nWe are looking for someone who is organized, thorough, and thrives with routine and structure in daily work.
