As an Operator at Contact Center, you will be an important part of our safety and security operations, receiving incoming calls and ensuring that the right action is taken for each situation. You work according to pre-established guidelines developed in agreement with the customer and ensure that our customers and their customers are handled appropriately.\nExamples of telephone services handled by Contact Center\nProperty on-call\nParking on-call\nSecurity on-call\nCrisis on-call\nCommand Center\n\nAs part of the Command Center, you have special responsibility for guard safety by monitoring and supporting them when they are out with our customers, both during routine assignments and alarm responses.
