You work with orders, invoicing, customer information, administration, and follow-up, and have ongoing contact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. The role is varied and gives you the opportunity to build knowledge about both our products, our digital tools, and how we together create a really great customer experience.\nYour Profile We believe you're someone who enjoys order and organization, is comfortable with digital tools, and enjoys interacting with people. You're curious, communicative, and want to contribute to developing ways of working that make everyday life easier for both customers and colleagues. You prefer to work independently, but also appreciate being part of a team where people help each other and share knowledge.\nYou have a service-oriented mindset and enjoy taking responsibility for your tasks from start to finish. You're thorough, solution-oriented, and able to prioritize when multiple things happen at once. At the same time, you appreciate clear processes and are motivated by contributing to order flow that works smoothly for both customers and colleagues.\nWe'd like to see that you have:\n- Experience from orders, customer service, or administration is a merit \u2013 but the right attitude and willingness to learn is just as important.\n- Very good ability to communicate clearly in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.\n- Experience with or interest in business systems, for example Visma.Net, and e-commerce platforms, as well as generally good IT skills.\n- Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365.\nDoes this sound like a role where you can thrive and develop?
