We are located at Kungsgatan 115 in Uppsala.\n \nAbout the role:\nAs an order administrator, you will have a key role in the company. You will have daily contact with customers, colleagues, and suppliers and be responsible for ensuring that daily administration runs smoothly. You will work with order intake and planning of service assignments and installations for our technicians. The goal is to find the most efficient and best solution for both the customer and the technician. The role includes order intake, scheduling assignments for our technicians, complaint handling, phone duties, work planning, and goods receipt.
