Together with your colleagues, you'll ensure that order handling maintains high quality through clear, active, and solution-oriented service.\n\nExamples of tasks:\n\n* Register and manage incoming orders\n* Coordinate delivery days and manage changes in the order flow\n* Be the first point of contact for invoice inquiries from restaurant customers and wholesalers\n* Handle and resolve questions related to logistics, transport, and delivery\n* Follow up on deviations and ensure feedback to the customer\n* Handle other administrative customer matters related to orders, billing, and delivery\n\nYour profile\n\nWe believe you're organized and service-oriented to thrive in this role.
