Ottobock Care operates from Falun Hospital with smaller clinics in Mora, Ludvika, and Avesta.\nAbout the Position\nAs a Licensed Orthopedic Engineer with us, you work to improve quality of life for people by enhancing their mobility and independence. We work with all types of orthopedic technical aids, from orthopedic shoes and insoles to orthotics and prosthetics. The foundation of our operation is the collaboration with other healthcare professionals and the teamwork conducted within pediatric\/adult rehabilitation, orthopedics\/neurorehabilitation, diabetes teams, and prosthetic clinics. If you have previous experience in manufacturing and\/or fitting lower limb prosthetics, this is an advantage.\nWhat We Offer\nWe offer you varied and stimulating work in an environment characterized by strong expertise and high professional pride. You will report to the Operations Manager.\nAbout You\nYou who are applying hold a License and degree from the Orthopedic Engineer Program in J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping or equivalent, which is a requirement for the application to be processed. An exception applies if you are newly graduated and have not yet received licensure from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
