The guardianship operations are part of the municipal administration in Lomma Municipality. Lomma is the host municipality for the joint processing organization for guardianship matters in Burl\u00f6v, K\u00e4vlinge, Lomma, and Staffanstorp municipalities. During the fall, a new cooperation agreement will be discussed that may include Skurup Municipality joining the organization.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nDUTIES\nAs a Guardian Administration Officer, you will work with oversight and processing of cases involving persons with guardians, administrators, or custodians. The role involves broad responsibility and independent legal assessments within the framework of applicable legislation and delegation from the chief guardian.\n\nYou will work with:\n\n\u2022 Processing and investigation of guardianship, administration, and custodianship cases,\n\u2022 Review of annual accounts, final accounts, and other accounting documents,\n\u2022 Contact with individuals, representatives, relatives, courts, authorities, and other parties,\n\u2022 Recruitment, information, and training of guardians and administrators,\n\u2022 Compensation of representatives,\n\u2022 Development of work procedures, including digitalization and joint routines.\n\nThe work involves many contacts and requires you to explain legal and financial matters clearly and comprehensibly. You therefore need to be comfortable combining qualified public administration with service, structure, and good conduct.\n\nWith us, you become part of a competent team that collaborates closely on complex and socially important matters.
