With an additional specialist on the team, we look forward to the opportunity to develop our operations through the introduction of both VAE (Vacuum Assisted Excision) and contrast-enhanced mammography.\nDuring 2025, we have implemented AI support in screening review.\nRead more about us at http:\/\/www.norrbotten.se\/\nWe are seeking\nWe are looking for a specialist in radiology, specifically mammography, for a position as senior physician or specialist physician.\nAs a senior physician, you must have:\nSeveral years of well-documented clinical service (minimum 4 years) as a specialist physician with broad and comprehensive knowledge in the specialty and\/or relevant subspecialty required for work in the section\nDocumented teaching and mentoring qualifications (including approved resident supervision training)\n\nA doctoral degree with active research in a relevant field is advantageous.\nGreat emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.\nWhat you will work with\nServing as a senior physician entails increased responsibility compared to serving as a specialist physician.\nA senior physician:\nShall have medical knowledge and competence to be independently medically responsible for a certain area and participates in overall responsibility for their specialty as well as overall responsibility for the clinic's total operations.
