entrusted to the Administration;\norganize and ensure the inspection and supervision of repair, renovation, restoration and improvement work on buildings, streets, sidewalks and courtyard areas;\ninspect the general condition of buildings owned by the Municipality in the Administration's territory, as well as plan and supervise their repair, reconstruction and renovation work;\nsupervise the improvement and sanitary cleanliness of the Administration's administrative territory (maintenance of squares, lighting of streets, squares and other public areas, arrangement of parks, squares and green areas, maintenance of cemeteries and playgrounds);\nensure the management of municipal property objects under the Administration's administration (including organizing, overseeing and controlling the execution of work).\n\nRequirements for Candidates:\nmanagement experience in state or municipal institutions for at least one year in the last three-year period;\nacademic or second-level professional higher education in a field corresponding to the position's duties;\nunderstanding of municipal work organization, regulatory acts governing municipal activities, budget planning and execution control, requirements for maintenance of municipal territory and real estate;\nknowledge of public procurement organization to the extent necessary for performing the position's duties;\nexperience in preparing correspondence and other documents;\nexcellent communication and cooperation skills, planning and organizational skills;\ninitiative, ability
