The assignment primarily involves work close to students, but also frequently includes contact with colleagues within the university. Our focus is on the student and helping find pathways to a good study situation.\nWe are now seeking two colleagues to join our competent team supporting our students in Lund, Helsingborg, Malm\u00f6, and Ljungbyhed. Read more on the university's website about working at Lund University.\nTasks and Areas of Responsibility\nResponsible for decisions and recommendations regarding targeted pedagogical support for students at Lund University. Process and coordinate targeted pedagogical support for Swedish and international students with disabilities. Collaborate with education-related colleagues. Participate in and drive development regarding targeted pedagogical support at the institution.\nAs an employee with us, you have three roles: employee, colleague, and service provider. In your role as an employee, you represent the authority; together with your colleagues, you contribute to the overall results; and as a service provider, you create social value based on your professional expertise.\nQualifications\nWe are seeking you who:\nHave a university degree with a pedagogical or behavioral science focus, or are a qualified occupational therapist or speech-language pathologist.\nHave current experience working with people based on knowledge of disabilities and mental health issues.\nHave experience conducting assessment interviews.\nCan collaborate and find it easy to build relationships while also having strong ability to work independently.\nHave good experience with administrative tasks.\nHave good experience working professionally with digital tools, as daily documentation is part of the job duties.\nHave excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as we meet both English- and Swedish-speaking students and colleagues.\n\nWe place great importance on personal qualities and seek someone who is proactive and finds it easy to build new relationships and collaborate with others, both colleagues and students. The Section provides support to students regarding study-related health and well-being, study skills assistance, academic writing, targeted pedagogical support for students with disabilities, and Supplemental Instruction (SI). The Section's area of responsibility also includes admissions, degree awarding, and study documentation with its support systems. Additionally, the Section works on evaluating and developing methods for quality assurance of the university's educational programs. The Section is the system owner for several study administration support systems, including Lubas and Sunet Survey. The Section also has local system responsibility for Ladok and the admissions system NyA.
