You will provide guidance within Swedish labour law, rehabilitation, conflict management and employer-side negotiations. The role also includes driving and developing people processes, ensuring compliance and supporting organizational changes when needed.\nYou will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business and contribute to continuous improvements within People & Organization. By leveraging digital tools, data and new technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, you will help create more efficient and value-adding ways of working.\nAbout you\nDesired skills, qualifications and experience\nTo succeed in this role, we believe you bring:\nA relevant educational background within Human Resources or a related field.\nExtensive experience from a broad HR generalist or People Partner role.\nExperience from a large, international organization, preferably within manufacturing or an industrial environment.\nStrong expertise in Swedish labour law and experience leading employer-side negotiations.\nProven experience managing rehabilitation processes and complex employee relations matters.\nExperience supporting managers through organizational change and transformation.\nFluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.\n\nPersonal attributes\nYou are a confident and trusted advisor who builds strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
