The young people often have complex social problems combined with neuropsychiatric disabilities, relationship difficulties, anxiety, or experienced trauma. Externalizing behavior occurs and therefore we need secure adults who see behind the behavior and stand firm when things are tough.\n\nAbout the assignment\nAs a treatment worker in this team, you will have a mobile treatment role where you meet different young people. You will cover for regular treatment workers during absences and you will also provide additional support where needed. You work mostly on your own with your young person.\nYou create safety, structure, and a home-like environment and build trusting relationships for our young people. The work includes everything from daily tasks to conversations and individually tailored treatment interventions.\nYou work independently and have great personal responsibility, but you are never alone in the assignment. You are part of an unpretentious team with present leadership and access to supervision and specialist support.
