You report to the operations manager and collaborate closely with traffic management and other colleagues in planning and operations. The position is based at the company's headquarters in Marieholm.\nAs a personnel planner, you are responsible for, among other things:\nWork with long-term personnel planning and ensure that drivers have access to their schedules in good time\nSchedule and staff vacant work shifts\nHandle leave requests from drivers and ensure feedback within the specified timeframe\nPlan main vacation and substitutes during training occasions\nRegister time reports and other allowances as a basis for payroll management\nAnalyze personnel balance and staffing efficiency\nEnsure that personnel work routines, safety and environmental work, and working conditions are followed\nCollaborate with traffic management and operations teams to maintain stable operations\nHave daily dialogue with drivers regarding quality deviations, customer feedback, and operational issues\nContribute to the organization's environmental and sustainability work\n\nThe position involves some travel between the depots in Marieholm, Eklanda, and Ar\u00f6d in the Gothenburg area.\nWho You Are\nWe are looking for someone with experience in personnel planning, staffing coordination, or another coordinating role where structure, communication, and problem-solving have been central parts of the work. You are comfortable working independently and also have an easy time collaborating with different functions in an operational setting.
