As a personal assistant, you work in the child's home environment and become an important part of daily life by creating safety, continuity, and good quality of life.\n\nThe child lives alternately with their parents, which means you work every other week with the mother and every other week with the father. Both homes are located outside the Kungsbacka city center.\n\nThe work involves providing support based on the child's individual needs. Work tasks include personal care, supervision, support with daily activities, and being attentive to and managing situations related to the child's epilepsy. You work closely with the child and family and become an important person in their daily life.\n\nThe position mainly involves awake nights, but also evening and weekend shifts according to schedule. You have support colleagues and a manager around you in your assignment.\n\nYour profile\nAs a person, you are confident, responsible, and attentive. You have professional communication skills and can build good relationships with both the child, the family, and your colleagues. You work independently while having good teamwork abilities.
