It's therefore important that you have the flexibility to work both day and evening shifts.\nWork hours are:\nDay shift: 08.00\u201316.00\nEvening shift: 16.00\u201322.30\n\n\n\nAs a personal assistant, you are an important support in the client's daily life.\nYour responsibilities include:\nPersonal care\nMobility assistance and use of assistive devices\nSupport with daily routines\nPractical household tasks\nAccompaniment to activities and appointments\nObservation and adaptation based on the client's condition and needs\n\n\n\nThe client uses respiratory support and a cough assist machine daily as part of their treatment. As an assistant, you will participate in the handling of these devices according to established procedures.\nPrevious experience with respiratory devices is a merit but not a requirement. You will receive the necessary training and guidance through the neurology clinic in Visby and through an introduction before you independently manage these tasks.\nThe work requires thoroughness, responsibility, and the ability to follow instructions and procedures.\nWho Are We Looking For?\nYou are someone who takes responsibility, shows respect, and enjoys working closely with people. You are attentive, secure in yourself, and understand the importance of always keeping the client's autonomy at the center.\nWe would like you to:\nHave experience with personal assistance or similar care work.\nSpeak and write Swedish fluently.\nBe able to work flexibly.\nBe interested in day and evening shifts\nHave a B-class driver's license and access to a car\n\n\n\nWe place great importance on personal suitability.
