The work tasks involve supporting him in all aspects of daily life, during activities, and creating a safe, fun, and structured environment for him to develop in.\n\nWho Are You?\nThe role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, committed, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good chemistry between you as an assistant and the client.\n\nFor this position, you must have:\n\nGood Swedish language skills, both spoken and written\n\nAbility to work in a home with pets, as there are animals in the household\n\nSmoke-free during working hours\n\nFor this position, it is an advantage if you:\n\nHave a playful nature and find it easy to build good contact with children\n\nHave previous experience with epilepsy and handling related matters\n\nHave experience with similar work as a personal assistant\n\nGreat weight will be placed on personal suitability.\n\nWorking Hours, Employment Level, and Salary\nThe current employment form is hourly employment, which means work as needed with varying working hours. The position is hourly employment with the potential for fixed scheduling (as long as the assistance assignment lasts) in the future.\n\nSalary\nFixed hourly rate by agreement and other compensation in accordance with the collective agreement.\n\nStart Date\nOctober 1, 2026 or by agreement.\n\nWhat We Offer\nAt Humana, it is important that both you as an assistant and the client feel secure in the collaboration.
