We prefer someone who wants to work for a longer period since the work is very much based on the relationship you build with the child. Personal chemistry and commitment are most important.\nWho Are You?\nThe role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, committed, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done.
