He has an intellectual disability with autistic traits and needs support in his daily life. The client also has diabetes and epilepsy. You will therefore receive introduction, training, and delegation in diabetes management.\n\nThe client attends a day activity center in Visby four days a week and has an active leisure life. He enjoys, among other things, air rifle shooting, bowling, and playing video games. As an assistant, you will be an important part in enabling both his daily routines and leisure activities.\n\nWho Are We Looking For?\n\nWe are seeking a confident and positive person who can support and motivate the client in daily life and serve as a good role model.\n\nYou should have good collaboration skills, be communicative, responsible, and attentive. You are respectful and friendly in your interactions with others and have an interest in building relationships and working long-term.\n\nExperience in personal assistance or work within care and support is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude and genuine commitment.
