To thrive as a personal assistant, it is essential that there is good personal chemistry between you and the customer.\nWe are looking for someone who wants to work with a 7-year-old boy who lives with his family on \u00d6stermalm in Stockholm. The family sometimes spends weekends at their country house on \u00c4lg\u00f6 in Nacka, which means that work shifts may also take place there. This is an assignment for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be a trusted and important part of the boy's daily life. You will support him in personal care and daily routines, as well as participate in play, activities, and movement.\nFor this position you must:\n\nhave previous experience working with children with autism\n\n\nhave good knowledge of Swedish\n\n\nhave experience working with clear structure and low-arousal approach (LAB) as well as adapting communication to the child's needs\n\n\nbe able to swim\nFor this position it is an advantage if you:\n\n\nhave a driver's license and access to your own car\nGreat weight will be placed on personal suitability.\n\n\nWorking hours, employment percentage, and salary\nThe employment form is \"for as long as the assistance assignment lasts,\" with an employment percentage of approximately 50%. Working hours are primarily scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays 16:40\u201321:00 and daytime on weekends 08:00\u201320:00, on even weeks.
