Each assistance is uniquely adapted based on the client's life, and therefore work tasks may vary depending on the workplace.\nOur client is a 22-year-old boy who lives with his family in Tygelsj\u00f6 and there is also a dog in the home. He is looking for an assistant who is comfortable talking and who can sign language interpret for him, and as his assistant you also need to interpret what he wants or wants to communicate since he does not have spoken language. The client's individual needs guide the workday and the work can include, for example, help with transfers, personal care, exercise and communication as well as household chores and activities inside and outside the home.\nIn his free time, he enjoys activities such as exercise, swimming and being out in nature.\nWho Are You?\nThe role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as the assistant and the client.\nFor this position, you must:\n\nhave a B driver's license as you will drive the client's car as an assistant\n\n\nhave good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written\n\n\nhave experience with autism and low-affect approach\n\n\nhave good physical fitness\n\n\nbe able to swim\n\n\ntolerate pets as there is a dog in the client's home\n\n\nbe smoke-free (during work hours)\n\n\nFor this position, it is beneficial if you:\n\nhave previous experience working with people with OCD and people with vision impairment\n\n\nGreat weight will be placed on personal suitability. Our client would prefer male applicants but all applications will be considered.\nWork Hours, Employment Degree, and Salary\nThe current employment form is \"for as long as the assistance assignment lasts\" with an employment degree of approximately 80%, 60%, and 30%. Work shifts are scheduled during day and evening on weekdays and weekends. Work hours are varied and are 06:45-17:30 and 09:00-21:00. Double assistance 8 hours\/day. Position 1: approximately 80% temporary - from 12\/10 to 18\/12.
