Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (The Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Each customer is unique, and work tasks vary based on individual needs.\nThe work may include, for example, assistance with mobility, personal care, training and communication, as well as household chores and activities inside and outside the home. You respect the customer's self-determination and integrity and contribute to making everyday life function in a safe and smooth manner.\nTo thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you and the customer. Since each assistance is unique, we will learn more about you during the recruitment process to create the best possible match. Working hours vary based on customer needs and may include days, evenings, nights, weekdays, and weekends.
