Personal assistance is a service provided under LSS (the Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities). Each customer is unique, and work tasks vary based on individual needs.\nThe work may include help with mobility, personal care, training and communication, as well as household tasks and activities inside and outside the home. You respect the customer's self-determination and integrity and contribute to a safe and smooth-functioning everyday life.\nTo thrive as a personal assistant, it's important that there's good chemistry between you and the customer. Since each assistance assignment is unique, we'll learn more about you during the recruitment process to create the best possible match. Work hours vary based on customer needs and may include day, evening, night, weekday, and weekend shifts.
