You respect the customer's self-determination and integrity and help ensure that daily life runs safely and smoothly.\nFor you to thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you and the customer. Since each assistance is unique, we will learn more about you during the recruitment process to create the best possible match. You will receive information about which customer or customers you may work for and how the work is structured in each assignment.\nAt Humana, it is important that both you as an assistant and the customer feel secure in the collaboration. Therefore, all new assistants receive customized introduction training, both to the professional role and to the specific customer you will be working for.\nWho Are You?\nWe are looking for someone who is good at building positive relationships, has strong commitment, is willing to take responsibility, and adapts easily to new situations. Since all our customers have different needs and wishes, we ask you to answer the selection questions as clearly and thoroughly as possible \u2013 this increases the chance that we can match you with the right assignment.\nWe are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:\n\nHas good knowledge of Swedish\n\n\nHas a manual B-class driver's license and access to a car\n\n\nTolerates pets (cats are in the home)\n\n\nNon-smoker (during work hours)\n\n\nCan work 24-hour shifts\n\n\nIs a swimmer and can accompany customer to a swimming facility\n\n\nIt is also advantageous if you:\n\nHave experience with alternative communication, picture communication (Pictogram\/AAC)\n\n\nHave experience with low-arousal approaches\n\n\nHave experience with mobility aids, for example lifts and return equipment\n\n\nHave experience with similar work\n\n\nHave experience with autism and\/or intellectual disability\n\n\nGreat weight will be placed on personal suitability.\nWorking Hours and Employment Type\nAs a temporary hourly worker, you work as needed for our customers in \u00d6verkalix. Working hours are scheduled for 24-hour shifts and occur both on weekdays and weekends.\nThe current employment form is \"temporary hourly employment,\" which means work as needed.\nBefore the position starts, you will complete a paid introduction\/onboarding period.
