Each assistance assignment is uniquely tailored to the client's life, so work tasks may vary depending on the workplace.\nOur client is a man in his 70s who lives in Motala. He uses a wheelchair and has MS. As a personal assistant, you are his extended arm and help with most things in daily life, both at home and outside. His major interests are culture and art, and if you share these interests, that is a great plus.\nWho Are You?\nThe role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as an assistant and the client.\nWe are looking for someone who meets the following:\n\nCan speak and understand Swedish fluently\n\n\nHave good physical health and ability to perform transfers\n\n\nAre smoke-free during working hours\n\n\nIt is also advantageous if you:\n\nHave previous experience working as a personal assistant or in healthcare and care services.\n\n\nAre handy and enjoy cooking.\n\n\nShare the client's interest in culture and art.\n\n\nGreat weight will be placed on personal suitability.\nWorking Hours, Employment Level, and Salary:\nWe are now seeking two people for the employment form As long as the assistance assignment lasts. Position 1: approximately 80% (32 hours\/week) Position 2: approximately 65% (26 hours\/week)\nWorking hours are scheduled according to a rolling four-week schedule with shifts from 06:00\u201314:00, 14:00\u201320:00, and 23:00\u201301:00 (or 14:00\u201301:00).
