The Social Administration is also responsible for the city's food service and tobacco permits and carries out supervision.\nWelcome to us\nWithin the Social Administration, there is a Competency Area for Functional Disability and Social Psychiatry consisting of four units. The Central Placement Unit assists social services across Stockholm's eleven district administrations in finding suitable service options based on incoming service requests, supplier inspections, contract writing and activity follow-ups. The purpose is to ensure equal services and agreements in accordance with the Social Services Act (SoL), the Act on Special Provisions Regarding Care of Children and Young People (LVU) and the Act on Support and Services for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS). This is to create more coordinated, lawful, efficient and quality-based handling of services and agreements. Through a common working method, we contribute to increased quality, better overview and more efficient use of the city's resources. Feel free to read more about our benefits here.\nYour role\nAs a placement coordinator, after receiving a service request, you will search for suitable service options, primarily through Stockholm's own operations, secondarily through framework agreements and thirdly through direct procurement. Negotiations are included in contact with external providers. A selection of service options is then presented to the social worker in the relevant district who is responsible for the actual matching assessment and choice of service\/provider. You will then be responsible for contract writing. In total, you ensure that the process is efficient and cohesive. The role involves close cooperation with the Social Administration's units, our district administrations and external providers. Through ongoing dialogue with both providers and district administrations, you work to ensure quality and good results.
