For more complex customer requests, this is done in consultation with the rest of the department, which consists of the planning manager and deputy planning manager. The role also includes compiling statistics regarding, for example, tests carried out, late cancellations, and rebookings. You will also manage and document matters in accordance with security protection legislation.
