You are a good leader who creates and maintains a good relationship with the client, while having the ability to coordinate both your own resources and our subcontractors. You have post-secondary education in the field combined with work experience.\n\nWe appreciate that you are confident in a leadership role, can inspire and are responsive to your employees. You promote a good work environment and have the ability to delegate and set requirements.
