You work closely with both the hotel's contact persons and the housekeeping staff.\nYou should stay one step ahead, ensure proper staffing, create clear procedures, and follow up on their implementation. At the same time, you should be a present leader who motivates and engages staff, creates involvement, and gets the team to work together toward clear goals.\nYou will, among other things:\nplan and ensure daily housekeeping staffing\nwork proactively on staffing and recruitment\ncreate clear procedures and methods for hotel cleaning\nfollow up on agreed tasks being completed\nlead, motivate, and engage staff\nbe clear about expectations, give feedback, and act when something isn't working\nensure high and consistent quality in hotel room cleaning\nbe the hotel's main contact person for housekeeping delivery matters\nfollow up on costs, productivity, and profitability\nidentify problems before they arise\ncontinuously find better and more efficient ways to plan and run operations.\n\nThe goal is simple: the right person in the right place, clear procedures, engaged employees, well-cleaned hotel rooms, a satisfied customer, and profitable operations.\nApproximately two days per week you work operationally as a Quality Supervisor in housekeeping at the hotel.
