Our goal is to create an experience with high pace, lots of energy, and the feeling of being part of a real game show.\nOn Air currently exists in Stockholm, Gothenburg, \u00d6rebro, Copenhagen, and Oslo, and we continue to develop both our games, our offerings, and the business as a whole.\nAs Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of our facility. You lead the team, are responsible for staffing and scheduling, and ensure that we maintain high and consistent quality in everything we deliver to our guests.\nThe role is both operational and administrative. We're looking for someone who enjoys being close to the operations and the people in it, while also being organized and comfortable with the responsibility and planning required to make a facility run really well.\nAn important part of the role is leading and developing the team. You are a present and clear leader who is skilled at giving constructive feedback, coaching your employees, and helping them develop. You notice what works well and are confident in addressing things that need improvement.\nAs Site Manager, you'll also be involved in the development of On Air. We're a growing business, and you'll be able to contribute ideas and improvements to both our daily operations and our offerings and guest experience.\nWe believe you\nHave experience with personnel responsibility and leading a team\nHave experience with scheduling and staffing planning\nHave experience with recruitment\nAre confident in giving feedback, following up, and developing others\nAre organized, responsible, and used to solving problems as they arise\nEnjoy combining operational work with planning and administration\nHave good knowledge of Swedish and English\n\nIt's a plus if you\nHave worked as, for example, a restaurant manager, site manager, store manager, hotel manager, or in a similar operational leadership role.
