This could include residential projects, industrial projects, schools, preschools, or other public and commercial properties, preferably with a project value of approximately 200 million kronor and above. Experience working on security-classified projects is a merit.\nYou likely have a higher education degree in construction or equivalent competence acquired through practical experience. We would like to see that you have at least five years of experience as a site manager and feel comfortable with the entire construction process from planning and production to accounting, follow-up, and handover.\nAs a person, you are a confident and clear leader who values collaboration and builds good relationships.
