The company has two facilities, one in Bolln\u00e4s and one in F\u00e4rila, and is part of the Nordpolarna AB group (which also includes G\u00e5rdss\u00e4llskapet AB and Faringe K\u00f6tt och Slakt). You will become an important part of the production and management work for the entire operation. As Production Manager, you'll work most closely with your direct manager at G\u00e5rdss\u00e4llskapet, the sales department, and HR and finance. You'll also have contact with the Swedish Food Agency and other colleagues within the group who have production in Eskilstuna and offices in Stockholm. For example, you'll...\nLead and distribute daily production work and ensure proper staffing based on orders and seasonal peaks.\nDrive and develop procedures for the entire production chain \u2013 from delivery of raw materials through processing, packaging, labeling, and delivery.\nSet and optimize collaboration between sales, procurement, and production to ensure the right products are manufactured and delivered on time.\nWork actively on the production floor to gain a deep understanding of the flows, build strong team relationships, and provide support as needed.\nManage production calculations, purchasing of packaging, and monitoring of key metrics and unit costs (e.g., cost per box).\nHave overall responsibility for equipment maintenance, service agreements, and planning of technical investments in dialogue with management and finance.\nEnsure compliance with current hygiene and quality requirements and manage communication and audits with the Swedish Food Agency.\n\nWe're Looking for Someone Who\nThis is a role for someone driven by building well-functioning procedures and creating good results together with your team.
