Our main task is to support our customers' point-of-care testing operations in both inpatient and outpatient care.\n\nYou will, among other things:\n\nCoordinate the PNA support function to maintain good processes and workflows\nWork with the PNA team to develop processes, procedures and documentation that form the basis for quality assurance support in point-of-care operations\nWork in PNA support during weekdays, daytime, via phone and email\nTroubleshoot and provide support regarding instruments and methods\nCarry out quality work within PNA operations such as batch testing of PNA reagents, external controls and monitoring of method controls\n\n\nWe invest in individual skills development and ensure our employees have broad competence to handle various tasks. As a member of the PNA team, you will work independently but also as part of a small team collectively responsible for the operations. We are at the forefront of PNA support and all our instruments are network-connected. Today we have over 700 network-connected instruments, which allows us to monitor the quality of healthcare's PNA analyses.
