Ensuring data accuracy and consistency by organizing and preparing it for analysis\nOptimizing data management to fit consumption purposes\n\nTool Development & Automation:\nDesign and develop Power BI dashboards for portfolio reporting and KPIs\nCreate automation workflows using Power Automate and VBA scripts to streamline processes\nIntegrate new tools into existing infrastructure with minimal disruption\n\nData Management & Integration:\nOptimize data flows between SAP, PlanView, and other portfolio systems\nPrepare and organize data for consumption and decision-making\nOversee the implementation process of new systems\/tools and integrate them into existing infrastructure with minimal disruption\n\nKnowledge & Skills:\nProcedures, processes and needs: Knowledge of organizational processes, procedures, systems, tools and existing data\/information (Waterfall, Agile, PlanView, SAP, Early management, etc.)\nFamiliarity with financial planning and budgeting processes\nDeep knowledge of computer science, IT infrastructure, and systems\nAdvanced Power Automate skill\nDeep understanding of SAP transactions and dataflows\nAdvanced PowerBI development skills\nAble to create VBA scripts to improve Excel files usage\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.\n3\u20135+ years of experience in portfolio planning, project management, or strategic planning.\n\nProfile:\nDriven and Problem-solving oriented: able to identify gaps, provide solutions and drive the solution implementation proactively, supporting business productivity and growth\nDetail oriented: Solutions must be robust and fully aligned with stakeholders\nChange management aware\nAbility to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment\nFluent English\nAble to thrive in a multicultural, high-pace environment\n\nYour Application\nDoes the role sound interesting and like a good fit?
