Established binding assays capture this poorly, which limits the ability to predict how such molecules behave.\nThe project combines DNA nanotechnology with amplification and sequencing-based readouts. You will use programmable DNA nanostructures to present target molecules at controlled nanometer-scale distances and develop assays that quantify how binders interact with them. The work is method development with applications in mind and takes place in close collaboration with the group's experimental and computationally-oriented colleagues in the Department of Gene Technology, KTH\/SciLifeLab.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nCompleted PhD or a foreign degree assessed as equivalent to a PhD. This qualification requirement must be fulfilled by the time the employment decision is made.\nDocumented experience with quantitative molecular biology methods, such as qPCR, digital PCR, or DNA sequencing.\nExcellent knowledge of English, spoken and written, as this is the research group's daily working language.\n\nAs a person, you are self-driven and experienced in advancing a research project independently.
